2024 Meet Manager Training

The Greensboro Aquatic Center will host a Meet Manager Clinic from 12 – 3 pm on Saturday, May 11, 2024. CSA teams can bring as many coaches / volunteers as they would like for $25 per team (paid by the CSA).  Every team is encouraged to attend the Meet Manager Clinic to ensure all teams to consistently and fairly follow similar procedures before, during, and after the dual meets.  

May 11, 2024

12-1:15 pm will focus on what to do Before Meet Day; topics include setting up a meet, entering athletes in Team Manager, importing entries, seeding the meet, et al.

1:30-3 pm will address what happens on Meet Day; topics include pre-meet paperwork, running the meet efficiently, printing labels for ribbons, printing and exporting results, et al.
